Tray Dryer & Vacuum Tray Dryer
Description
A Vacuum Tray Dryer is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and allied industries for low-temperature drying applications. It is especially suitable for drying wet cakes obtained from filtration or centrifugation processes.
The dryer operates under vacuum conditions, which allows drying at lower temperatures, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials. A vacuum pump is integrated to extract solvent vapors and moisture from the product, ensuring efficient drying while maintaining product quality.
Sterilization can be carried out prior to the drying process, ensuring no contamination enters the product during operation.Advantages
Efficient for heat-sensitive materials
Drying of materials directly in containers
Lower drying temperature compared to standard dryers
Faster drying due to large surface area
Capable of drying higher moisture content than normal dryers
Delivers high-quality dried material
Optional Features
Heating shelves with movable system for easy cleaning
Solvent recovery system
Limpet coil on vacuum chamber
Insulation on vacuum chamber outer surface
Skirting
Water heating system
