Description
UMA CHEM PHARMA MACHINERIES designs and manufactures high-performance Reactor / Reaction Vessels for use in chemical, pharmaceutical, API, drugs, paint, and colour industries.
Our reactors are available in capacities ranging from 50 Litres to 25 KL, designed to meet diverse process requirements. Jacketed Reactor Vessels are widely used for mixing operations and chemical reactions in the liquid phase and are a standard apparatus in the chemical process industry.
These vessels are suitable for batch operation and can be designed for operating temperatures ranging from (-)°C up to 500°C, depending on process requirements. The agitated vessels are manufactured using unalloyed or alloyed steels, selected based on application and operating conditions.
The Jacketed Reactor Vessel consists of a vertical cylindrical shell with standard torispherical or ellipsoidal dished ends. An external jacket is provided for heating and cooling operations. Stiffener rings are installed between the shell and jacket to ensure uniform circulation of heating or cooling media and to enhance overall thermal efficiency.
